Sale at 3 is a pure sale. With the ~2.5 key seller in mind, I’ll exclude 3.4, but keep 3.

Sales at 2.1 aren’t too uncommon, despite going to buy orders. Additionally, the highest buyer barring STN is a lone human buyer at 2.14 for any effect, with the next lot being bots at 2 keys for any effect. Should be fine to keep 2.1 in the range.
