he can just shine and win
easy Falco
85/15 with the majority going Falco
Falco can autoshine again if clank, which is nice for sure. No matter what he can throw out multishines faster than the pugilist heavies. The question is though, can he put in perfect enough multishines to not get jabbed in between shines? when you miltishine, you have to JC a shine and input your next shine on the first airborne frame. Falco has 5-frame js, so the first airborne frame would be frame 6. Shine --> 6 frame delay --> Shine --> 6 frame delay --> shine seems like the gameplan, but it should be noted that this input is really hard to do, and that the falco will have to time them pretty much perfectly. I think falco wins too but I think it's more like 65/35 or 60/40 Falco-favored
If a heavy punch does clank with falco's shine (hit falco's shine on the same frame falco's shine comes out) falco in theory autowins because he can throw out another shine the very next frame which is faster than the heavies can throw out a punch. Falco has to play really well but for sure Falco-favored
