Why are you making a range from one sale?
Quick sale price of non-key goods depends on current market conditions; therefore, I applied a tighter range than previously suggested.
For the items which aren't keys, you need to find sales to prove there current value, then take the median value of each item and add it all up
Noted, thanks for the info.
1 sale = 1 price
2+ sales at same price = 1 price
2+ sales at different prices = range
Interesting, will consider these thoughts further.
