Changes from last suggestion

- Madame Dixie is being trouble to suggest so we just take 350 as mini instead of 400 cause of buy order stuff or whatever, lowering the upper bound

- Item 3's offer mini's have been adjusted but does not really effect the lower limit due to rounding
