I would not include 115 in the range here. Several clean examples have been unsold in the ~90 key neighborhood which can be observed using Backpack.tf snapshots. Several unsolds as low as 72 keys for a bit as well. I have been offered several Sunbeams Milkmans for 80-90 keys over the past few months as well, though this is only anecdotal as I have no proof.

I'm inexperienced with the snapshots, but if I am reading the graph correctly, it just says that the lowest sell order at any point has been the various 189.99 ones on marketplace?
