Probably classed as an outdated sale but nobody caught this. No harm in making a sugg since it's a flat sale and the last suggestion was 2 years ago compared to the 6 months this trade took place.

Only sales up to 3 months old can be used in suggestions.

Aren't there exceptions for certain trades?

The only times that older sales can be used in suggestion is when you are resuggesting a suggestion that you have made, and minis where you can use sales up to 4 months old but you can't make a full suggestion in this case (you would post the mini within the suggestion it is a mini for)
