Seems like the sky high fly guy is outdated and you just went with buy order for pricing it, which might work.
however there seems to be a good sale on it at 45 keys. so maybe use that:

the cowl at 300 is outdated as well and cant really be used as a price anymore, couldn't find any good traceable recent sales on it sadly.
Considering there is a 2nd sale in the Hellmet's history we have to consider as well, which was 220 keys pure and is still indate, you probably won't be able to update the price from 220. Maybe if you get a screenshot of one of the three people in this history https://backpack.tf/item/12404951238, that can be used, you could maybe give it a range of 220 - x keys.
As pointed out in the earlier comment, there are a few issues with this suggestion. Most notably that the Horsemann's Hack Cranial Cowl is outdated.
