This is one of the hardest Items in the game to price imo, I've been trying to price it for about 6 months now with every attempt not even being acceptable to make a suggestion. This is due to the volatility of its sales, compromises WILL have to be made for this weapon to be priced.

I propose either a range of 17 - 17.4 Keys to comply with Backpack TF Buy & Sell Orders

Arguably a larger range should be allowed due to the consistent large range of recorded sales for the past half year. If allowed I would most likely use the STN trading Buy Order at 16.4 Keys as a cut off range (not Low Value) and somewhere in the High 17 Keys in the high range (I would have to debate this). However I think 17 - 17.4 is more reasonable due to the Backpack TF Suggestions pricing Backpack TF

Authors Note: When I said I've been trying for 6 months, I really mean it. Out of all the Festive Weapons, I believe this is the only one I haven't been able to price yet. It's been 6 months since I decided I'd be the Smissmas/Festive/Penguin suggester. At this point I just want to keep throwing my head at this suggestion until it stick. The only reason why I decided to make this suggestion now and not earlier or later is because Backpack TF Buy & Sell Orders are finally reasonable and not 14 - 20 Keys like they usually are.

Will I price Unusuals? No :P
