I think 160 is fine, 195 is a bit high, it was the Death at Dusk towering which sold for a ton in items and is hard to say it's worth 195 given STN is unsold at less. Ranging 146 - 200 would value the Blizzardy TC at ~173 which is fine given the sellers here
