Seems like you could try try suggest for what you paid (170?) flat since the Capper in Sale 1 has no good sales and sale 3 is buy order.

I would like a second opinion if I am actually allowed to nullify a mini because there's no evidence of that anti-freeze being sold recently
I would have ignored that sale tbh as well as the buy order one and go with 170 flat but that's up to personal preference I guess.
