Since it's currently massively overpriced, it is allowed to price skins below 10 keys of value afaik.

Yeah, from what I have seen you can reprice massively overpriced skins like this one (other suggestions like this have been accepted before). Pretty sure on the pricing rules thread there is one "recently added" point somewhere in there that talks about this kind of suggestion.
