As you may know, the Key to Refined ratio doesn't reflect current prices in the slightest. I'll be pulling a similar suggestion this time, not to be 100% correct, but to be better than the current price. In the example provided the difference before and after was 9 Ref, in this case, it is about 13, which is why I believe this suggestion is justified.
