nothing seems to be countering the sale at 13 keys 10.88 ref
I'm not quite sure yet and I don't fully understand the moments when I can use such purchases and sales in my suggestion. On items that have extremely rare sales like this, it is worth starting from purchases and sales if they fall under the current range between B/O and S/O, or some other conditions are taken into account here, such as recent sales on SCM and MP.TF ?
Perhaps I should read the rules for making a non-unusual suggestion more carefully to find the answer to my question
In any case, I would be very grateful if you would give me a tip on the right section in the rules, if it is not difficult for you :3
in general senses all sales should be taken into account and then using buy/sell orders you can determine outliers (also can determine outliers based on quantity of sales if there is a sale that is far apart from a large pool of other sales for example)
you can also analyse scm and marketplace sales to give yourself more data points to potentially give not so commonly traded items like this (on glad.tf) a range of sorts
Thank you very much for your explanation!
I think that now I have a better understanding of the mechanics of making a suggestion for such items
