Note : Even though the Sale is older than 3 months , its the only valid sale I could find this for year .

unfortunately this sale is outdated therefore cannot be used to price this

no it would be best to wait until another sale occurs and just leave unpriced for now as a sale from 6 months ago is not reflective of it's current value and could be far different now. case in point:
