Sooo should I just go for the new sales as a range then (93 - 94), or do something with the old sales considering buyers have crept up quite a bit now

i think a wider range would probably be more suitable here despite the buyers as there's been way too many recent lower sales (and buyers may end up disappearing altogether eventually anyways)

I'll just run with the previous high end here as the low end in the re-sugg then ig
