Do any movements that have happened after ~April 10th!
(should be the most recent for the two that you don't have, but the one that you do have has 2 valid movements)
According to bp.tf inventory history, both Synebon and Alexu have had their Beaks since before April 10th

ooo, yes. Those are dupes upon further inspection. If Oli is still around you can ask for a screenshot of what he got the beak for before selling to you, as that is also a valid sale for the suggestion.
I asked him after I made the price suggestion and he commented a screenshot :-)
That was the one with you and Oli, the one between the person who owned it before Oli and Oli is what I was saying you should grab.
Bro paid 500 keys and relisted right away for 460. Make it make sense.

$699.99, July 29th
https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/5021;6
Keys were $1.74 at the time
699.99/1.74 = ~402, rounds to 400

With you re-selling for cheaper than what you paid, your purchase isn't gonna be very valid. I'd suggest re-suggesting at 400 flat.
its literally 1.02 keys lower than 500 because the guy said "i hate undercutters" or whatever so i put that in as a joke lol thats not a good reason for it to be significantly under 500 keys
i dont know what the policy is on key prices but they were $1.57 on dmarket in july
thank you for the research!
when it comes to cash sales on websites, you take what keys were selling for on the day they sold on their site.
so, for the marketplace sale at $699.99, keys were selling on marketplace on the same day for $1.74, which gives us ~400 keys.
i'm not the be all end all for suggestion prices, so maybe i'm wrong to say 500 should be excluded, but we can wait to see what a mod has to say. usually, if we see someone re-selling an item for less than what they originally paid, it's not uncommon to see that seller re-sell for much less than their listed price some time down the line. in such cases where an item re-sells for much less than what they paid, the sales are voided for the suggestion's sake, to prevent an unnecessary raise.

Bulk for Poisoned Shadows Pom-Pommed Provocateur
If someone pays 500 keys pure for a hat, and then struggles to sell it at a lower value than what they paid, that's usually a solid indication that the sale is a high outlier. This happens for a variety of reasons - sometimes buyers regret their purchase, or sometimes the market shifts such that they cannot manage to profit off of a trade they thought would be lucrative.
Whichever explanation is applicable here - I would not rely on 500 here. Since there is a usable sale at 400 keys, I think this could still get a raise to 400 keys flat.
