Conservatively taking the S. Whoopee Cap at backpack.tf value, this is a trade value of ~500 keys for the PE Whirly Warrior.

While the Scorching Whoopee Cap Suggestion is within date at 132.5 Keys, Buy Orders have increased to 151 Keys so it might need a Mini? Not sure I'm not an expert on Unusuals. If so, this would increase the suggestion to 520 Keys

I personally agree, but I dont know what actually constitutes a valid argument for price changes on bptf aside from direct sales.

As far as I know, to increase a suggestion you have to have Sales for that mini and can't go off of just B/O
