Item 1 | History

Movement 1 | Excluding because they are a scammer

Movement 2 | From | To

~ 18 Keys

Notes:

Highest Buy Order at 16 Keys

2 in Existance

If the item is no movement, please do not post item's history. This is a data breach.

Where can I see this in the Rules? Sometimes No Movement is said because it is being moved around alt accounts while other times there is simply no movement. I would like more clarification in order to know where the line is drawn

Also saying this is a Data Breach is a very large exaggeration

        https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/78051-premium-search-rules/

You should remove the link, this item has nothing to do with this suggestion.

Wait wait in Rules though. Forum Members talking is nice but I don't see it in rules

Also in that thread it says it's fine if you're making a Price Suggestion

If the item is no movement, you shouldn't mention it, and there is no need, I don't know why you are so stubborn.

Because I'm showing that there is no movement, it makes it a lot easier and saves time for Voters so they don't have to individually search for the item to verify that I did my research. Also, I don't understand why you are accusing me of 'data breaching' if posting a link is considered that then all of Backpack TF Premium would be a 'data breach'

Also, I don't think any price Mods have commented about this issue before

              https://next.backpack.tf/suggestions/6688612bab4feddab1078a07

For example, this suggestion posts plenty of links that are unusable yet there is no mention of what you accuse me of here.

Perhaps this is a miscommunication through the translation of different languages (as I know many of the people in the community do not speak English as their first language) but I personally do not see any problem here.

                here, rules: https://next.backpack.tf/premium/terms-of-service

I assume you've read many unu suggestions before, no one would post item history like this.

Imagine you were posting item history with no movement and the owner was bitten by a shark, would you be responsible?

I am clearly not distributing the results of the Item DB, suggestions do not count as such as pointed out in the link that you sent

                  https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/78051-premium-search-rules/

I will no longer continue conversing with this conversation and will instead wait for a Mod to respond, I say all of this not to doubt you but because I simply enjoy the knowledge that I am saving Voters time and if that is truly not allowed then I will stop

I brought this up to the mod team a few days and in my opinion this is a premium breach as there is no real reason to include the histories with no movement since they do not provide any sort of data to the suggestion.

Yes, you should delete link now 💀

You must prove that all transfers are traceable or not, this has nothing to do with the premium.

The suggestioner here just did his job well.

I don't understand I've posted suggs with no usable movement/out of date trades/proof of unusable histories/bot movement/etc and nobody ever accused me of 'leaking data' even if I use item histories from previous suggs or what's in classifieds

Because you don’t have premium, as far as I know you collect information from mptf, sell orders and past suggestions, then this has nothing to do with premium.

If people list their hats on classifieds and wait for offers, or people buy hats from backpack.tf this professional 3-party trading website. Then there is no possibility of unilateral exploitation. Those "traders" even hope to advertise their items through your suggestions.

I think ALI=3NS point here (apologies if I understand this wrong and partially my point ) is wouldn't this just be the difference of time? This is completely a valid argument that reducing the time someone (if they wanted to) to target a specific item warrants not posting links, but my original question of what constitutes as a link that is a 'premium breach' still stands.

It's still possible to find No Usable Movement histories without using Premium, just more difficult.

This honestly should be a forum post at this point, lol

A principle about sharking: "sniping" is legal, even if it’s less than buy order. But you can't add ppl for trade via "Premium" if they don't create a sell order.

As far as I know, the other item you mentioned has never been listed on bp.

new sale, 18 key to near 50 keys, range too weird, against the rules.
