Its 35.497 actually. If we gonna take 2 decimals, it will be 35.5 for sure. That's what I thought at least. So my suggestion should be fine.

thats rounding before we round up so 2 rounds total

even then cus it rounds to .5 it can go either way and I'm more inclined to round down because you had to round up to .5 first before you could round up to 36
