The guy who bought it off of the steam market has a history of sniping steam market items within minutes of them being listed (clone's bot refreshes every 10 or so minutes, and none of the hats this guy bought this week, even this month, were listed long enough to even show there)
Based on the above, IMO the 10 key sale could be excluded as a quicksale/outlier. But maybe that's just my opinion.
yeah agreed 17 flat seems to be more suitable here. 10~ seems to be around generic scm buyers as well
