Using delisted sellers for your mini is supremely generous. If it hadn't been for the HWNN being resuggested at 22-24 placing the sale at 64, I would've probably let it slide.

The only new sale for the Caribbean is this bulk nonsense dump to STN:

This would be much lower than 21 for the Caribbean since STN is currently selling at 21.

Unless you can make some sense of this sale or find a new sale for the Caribbean, it's best not to use that sale. Luckily, there's a new sale:
