It’s not. It was accepted 4 months ago, which is still out of date. But it was created 6 months ago, and uses sales from December in its range.

That’s outdated if you ask me.

As per the guidelines a suggestion that is 4 months old is usable as a mini, as it always has been. But if you agree that the december sales are too late, I will mini this for you, that is fine :)
