Yeah the nonspelled hasn't moved and its been 4 years since the last price suggestion for this unusual. So yeah this should be fine, Toom.

As far as I understand the rule on spell suggestions, it doesn't matter if other versions recently moved, it matters if it is in a still active backpack (in this case, its even listed) Can't get more active than that. But that's sth the mods seem to decide case by case from what I have seen.

yes this is correct. unfortunately as the non-spelled version is in an active tf2 players backpack (and is currently on the market as well) this is not going to be valid
That does not make sense. It is crazy to say the non spelled is active just because it is listed for double this suggestions price. He has had it listed for years for an ape price. It has not moved. This one is spelled but based on other Bonzo sales, this seems like a fair market price. Also, It seems like the spells potential value wasn't factored very highly.
In the example Heidecker showed with the Flies Bare, the issue is more raised because everyone can agree the non spelled are not worth anywhere near the 200. It is also a 1 of 7 that would still be unboxabe...This is a 1 of 2 bonzo and the only sale in YEARS. There is a 0% chance Citro will sell below 1200 keys..
From what I understand, not long ago I priced the green black hole bonk boy off a spelled sale while the unspelled was sale at a higher price, so it should be valid as long as it’s lower than the current listing price based off past suggestions
Since it was 100% full pure, you don't have to round, right? 1222 keys price would be okay iirc :)

its actually preferred (if i remember correctly) for pure sales to not be rounded

Sorry this has taken so long. As mentioned, with the non-spelled variant active, this sale won't be usable to raise the price because there's nothing to explicitly suggest the two variants are valued equally.

From what I'm reading and from my experience, you could raise if it wasn't listed but it appears it was during the suggestion, if it wasn't actively listed for a year or more then it might be okay but before his now second ban, he had it listed so it's sadly not usable :(
