agree, i sold this price little bit too high cause include 3parts and KS
but have no useable sales in 3 month for suggestion, warpaint and warpainted item is different,
SCM second lowest(and more) sell order price starting at 32 dollars so, not too much high i think
need wait for mods comment

Usually paint selling for less than weapon is considered evidence for a weapon sale to be too high to use for suggesting. Especially since you also mention parts and killstreak, which means they most likely overpaid for those.
anyway warpaint trade history is hard to trace (cause some people use warpaint before BP.tf item DB check his inventory, item history gonna disappeared by data pool or few reason)
this issue make some warpaints weapon has higher price than origin item last price, since there are some cases like this, so i'm not sure this suggestion be pass :(
This will definitely be too high. Every SCM sale is below this, so it's clear it only sold for the strange part + killstreaker combination.

As a resuggestion would likely put this under 10 Keys, this should stay unpriced.
