Wouldnt 1040 be invalid with new owner reselling at 1000?

Sometimes listings lower would invalidate certain sales, but that's usually if it's like "there are 10 sales for this hat and 3 of the sales are over multiple sellers" sort of thing. This hat doesn't move that much so it should be fine for this suggestion.

lol he was only selling at 1000 for 8 hours, now u scared him and hes selling for 1500... so I guess since the b/o was <8 hours (and on a 1000 key hat a 40 key difference is very minor) it probably doesn't matter
