first sale in 4 years
sold on marketplace.tf for $399.99 usd
https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/30976;5;u134
(refer to sale stats)
sale happened today, key prices mp is saying is 1.81 usd
399.99/1.81 = 220.98 keys
can round to 221 keys or 220 keys
i would recommend 220 cus if the key price changes (day isn't over yet) it would go to 222 keys but per rounding Guidelines you can round to the nearest 5 keys making it 220 keys so you wouldn't need to make a new suggestion if the price changes
but shouldnt i make a new suggestion if it remains 220? i had mine at 259 cuz there was a thing on the suggestion creation page that calculated the monetary value of the keys, and 259 keys came out to like $398 usd
when you sell something for cash through a site you need to take the average price of keys for that date on the site you sold the item through, for example today they're $1.81 on marketplace, so you divide the price of the tundra with $1.81, you need to resuggest at 220, this won't be accepted
for backpack thats using the price of keys and ref based off of suggestions so the price using backpack prices
https://imgur.com/a/2PZ2Ml0
it values a key at 1.54 usd cus keys are 57.05 ref and ref is .027 cents (bp rounds up to .03 on suggestions) .027x57.05 = 1.54
but on mp they are 1.81 usd
its cus they are 2 separate sites with different prices
if you look at SCM for example (steam community market) keys are 2.21 usd (roughly I'm cad)
and if you look at sites like STN and scrap the price of keys in ref is less then what keys are suggested at here
