Regarding the current Marketplace listing @ $199.99, the seller has commented this on the previous suggestion:

"The MP listed one is mine - for context, when I uploaded it to MP on 03/08 I priced it according to key prices on the day and aimed for 115 keys value" -Adahn

Due to key prices rising over the past few weeks, that value would be less than the 113 key sale reported here (199.99 / 1.84 = ~109). However, considering the comment above and the fact that it's a relatively small difference, I'd argue that this should not invalidate the 113 key sale reported here, so I'll still be using it for the final range.

Going with 95~113!
