Prices for the past week have been Oscillating pretty consistently between 55ish and 59ish ref for the Past 12 Days (See Previous Suggestion). Currently they are at a high for 59 ref but that's not something that hasn't happened within the past week (Trust me I check like everyday). Personally I think this is a little too early to tell if Keys have settled at 59 Ref of they're just oscillating. I would keep this up and see what happens in the next 24 hours. Though a larger range would definitely help this get accepted. From the snapshot nothing is disputing 59.22 but that kind of nitpicking for Keys.
Also these numbers do not appear in the Weekly Sales but the Monthly (And I'm assuming some other numbers you pulled are too)

I think this is low now, the ratio is definitely trending up right now. Not sure if they are going to stop at 60 Ref so I wouldn't immediately resuggest. Time will tell.
