Would it be better making a range of 86 - 116 keys? I could round it to 85 - 115 keys as well.

350 is likely the outlier, but both of those sales seem uncertain and the hat outta hell sale is likely higher. With what we have here, its better to leave this unpriced. I was gonna close it already, but it is assigned to someone else.
