32 seems like an outlier, current classies range around 31.33 and 31.11, taking 31.11 - 31.33's since i feel it represents the current range as close as possible

Honestly this is fine, Mods may ask for a larger range (or slightly different like 31 - 32 ref) but considering the old price they will almost guaranteed accept this.\\
