Would love to see some help with this suggestion, but I can't find any more sales. My own purchase is also too old.
Two recent marketplace.tf sales in the latest months;

One sale on July 14th at $24.99 / $1.69 = 14.79 keys, rounding to 14.
One sale on July 22nd at $24.99 / $1.7 = 14.80 keys, rounding to 14.
Rounding down to 14 due to open listings on classifieds starting at ~13.
Will update if I find better sales, will check once again. If anyone finds concrete sales, preferably below 14 keys, that'd be fantastic.
~14.8 does not round down. Sellers at 13 does not justify incorrect rounding.
Guess I was trying to not overshoot the value considering I own one myself. Rounding is in this case 15 or 14.5?

I did check a handful of the classified histories. Most were outdated, 24/7 bot transfers or just top 100 backpacks where it was part of a bulk trade/untraceable. But the two sales you listed are good to go off of. I'll check a bit more. Thanks!
