I can't really use it anywhere. I was going to originally use it for the SA Power Spike, but when used over there it's unreasonably low. If we use the current open suggestion and the last two suggestions on the other hats, this would be unreasonably high (like above sell orders). So it's just a blanket "this is overpay for overpay sake." Also can't find the snapshot from June 24th, so can't cap it to sell order.
