huh, so i did a bit of digging too. SO I did get the RL from a via spycrab, and what you're saying about it looking like there was a bulk sale for the torque even the the compares look messy. Worth noting when we were doing the spycrab he has mentioned there had been sales for the cool mw skull study at 70 bucks on steam, so I 100% misunderstood what he had said because I had interpreted it as that's where he had gotten it from.

So I dug further to find out exactly where this july 10th sale comes from. I premium searched all min wear skull studies, and found out there are 5 in total unusual ones. 3 with cool, 2 with isotope. I was hoping i could see any of them with a history where it pops up on july 10th, BUT none did, all sales for those appeared in April, or no sales for either isotope. Meaning that I had no evidence EXCEPT on the sale itself : https://imgur.com/a/OtvR0Ea which says the rocket launcher has a cool effect. Now it could be totally glitched as to why its listed as cool for an effect but considering that there are only 2 isotope ones in frozen backpacks and 3 cools in circulation that HAVE been traded along with the cool listed in the SCM as an effect I would say the sale was for a cool one.
