There's another sale:

Taking the Hot Dogger's outdated price puts this sale at around ~100. If the Hot Dogger is higher than 23.5, then this sale can be regarded as a high outlier.
I was already skeptical of excluding the 100 sales based on unsolds at the same price. Even though the new sale at 100 pure is very strange, the original sale at 100 still exists, and has a new sale to back it up. So including it for a range of 76-100 should be alright.
