I feel you're ignoring too many sales here. You could've also very easily used the Burning Modest sale here as it isn't a part of the range for the Burning Modest: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/6706491d531ac53af40396dd

This sale would come out at ~158 Keys, which can be argued as an outlier, but it supports including the higher, pure sales you didn't include.

There might be buyers at 97-98 currently, but it should still be included in the range as that hadn't been the case at the time.
