If it was dumped it means that the hat is worth more then the suggested price, usually people dump for quick keys.

well in that case I would wait for a third sale then. This would cancel for the 240 sale that Emperor Pilaf sold it to you for.

Right well it went from a 240 sale to a person dumping it. Either way it would exclude the 240 sale. It would be best to wait for another sale even if you're not the buyer.
What made you come to the conclusion that the 240 sale went to someone dumping it? You got the order backwards.
Look my bad there. I was informed by kira it was dumped. My point still stands you'll need to evaluate the amount it was dumped for. A dumped to bot can still be used. I've sold to bots and priced it as well, so make sure to evaluate it. If it is within a reasonable value you can make a range
Looks like the other one in existence was sold in bulk, new owner will probably resell. Someone can re suggest this when that happens, not gonna waste my time.
