Conclusion: With 1 sale at 750 keys respectively which was near or at buy orders and 2 sales at the 1000 - 1050 key range. I opted to exclude Sale 1 as it is quicksell, and should be considered as an outlier even if it was accepted as a price suggestion prior to my revision and if it was my purchase. Therefore, I'll be going with a range of 1000 - 1050 Keys or an average of 1025 Keys flat!
