this snapshot is from today rather than at the time of the sale showing it has been recently selling for 3.8 - 4 keys
Scrolling down shows the past 30 days. Which have sales over 4 keys.
the past 30 days from today's date shows all sales between 21 oct - 21 nov which are in the 3.7 - 4.15 key range (if using this it doesn't explain why only the highest sales are being used).
though if i'm not mistaken your purchase was on 19/20 oct therefore the snapshot provided does not include that date in question (compare provided in the original suggestion is broken as well)
