checking snapshots for S/O 57 ref is too high. Those were likely early 'hype' prices due to the start of Scream Fortress and no longer accurately represent their price
Looking at Classified snapshots shows the cheapest Sell Orders are always in the 40s, though the range is quite large. 33.33 - 49.66 ref would probably be the widest range I would submit
The low end is justifiable if you want to predict that Scream Fortress is almost over people will sell their items cuz they can't use them anymore (besides community servers), but generally you're not supposed to price prices (except occasionally for Keys). However, the upper range could be toned down since S/O is currently at 43ish.
