Seems that keys are valued around $1.62 - $1.70 (excluding the $1.77 because it is an outlier)

So $700 / $1.66 = 421.68 keys.

I would suggest rounding this to either 422 keys (nearest whole) or 420, since keys would still fit it and it would be the nearest 10.
