Following up on cat's suggestion for a price change for this hat (which definitely had some merit but was lacking on substance), but with a bit of basic statistical analysis!
The given price range excludes outliers above or below one standard deviation from the median, which actually leaves us with a slightly larger range than cat's suggestion, but one that is more constrained to where the majority of sales are actually landing.
Looking at a histogram of all sales shows something resembling a normal distribution, albeit with significant amounts of high and low outlier sales, but with approx. 72% of all sales during this period within the range from 3.33 to 5 ref this range seemed about reasonable. There is also notably a pretty visible gap between the center cluster where the majority of sales fall and the where the outliers begin on both ends when looking at the histogram of the data, viewable here: https://puu.sh/KikgC/fe6781dce3.png
Also notable when looking at the Gladiator link that I posted above is that the more recent past week sales tend to skew a bit higher in this range, but nothing above 5 ref.
