For those confused,

if no other hats have moved or appear to be moving (as in they are just sitting in someone's backpack), then the spelled ones can be used as the main price. It seems that the only ones that have moved other than this one were ones that were sold 2+ years ago, so that was probably why Extazi is using the spelled one here.

Although, that one just genuinely has no other activity in like 10 years. It just depends on what the mods consider "recent," because they don't want to assume lack of activity, only for this suggestion to go through and magically have a non-spelled one appear on the market, claiming that it's worth as much as the spelled one.

Finally normal comment

While the other 3 variations of this hat have not moved in quite a while, all three have them have been active in the past month. I know theres some nuance here but with 3 of them being in semi-active accounts, I don't think this makes sense.

Unmoving still can mean active. There are lots of collectors who buy things and never intend to sell things. It would be unfair for those hats to also hold the market hostage just because they are active and unmoving.
