As shown by the sales made on Steam Community Market in this week alone, there have been 4 - 8 taunts that sold at the price range of 9 - 12 Euros. In my opinion 6 Keys seems to be a fair price.
In the link above you will find the listing of the taunt itself and if you see the recent sales between this week and the previous you'll see that i am not exaggerating in price considerations.

The sales that happened on the SCM are not enough to price this given that you cannot tell which effects the taunts that sold had. You will need screenshots of the sales as proof it they actually had this effect. Other than that you will need to find sales using histories found here in backpack.tf to price this item and not just use sellers/buyers please!
