As mentioned, if there had only been 1 sale, you cannot make a range from one sale. Additionally, the Honcho's has an outdated price, and the Sniper Rifle has a spell, so you would've needed to look into sales on both to give an accurate estimate of their prices.
However, with how discrepant those sales are, it'd be best to leave this outdated until another sale occurs. You'll need to close this suggestion.
