i'm only seeing the Celestial Starburst Hat Outta Hell alone leaving and entering in both compares. not sure how this is bulk?

in that case this sale should be used here as well to give this a range
would probably end up being an outlier in that case. Buyer bought to keep, i bought it at quicksell prices
a lower sale does not automatically make it an outlier. if it is valid it should be included to give it a range
hi I asked the person about the sale and here are my findings:

They got ~$391.59 from this (there was a transaction fee, so $410 was paid) and based off of a key mini done for a day before the trade was done, it's either 235.90 - 246.99 keys, depending on which value was used. So either way, this is below current buy orders and <50% of the upper range.
Though there is only the one person with 260, and the next highest BO is 200. So who knows what is to be used or something.

And then the only other sale was used with 1000 keys, so it's bulk here lol
Buyers are now above the lower sale. Should be okay to exclude it now.
