ok but this is example from official rules, with even wider range:

xd ok.. just don't take this the wrong way, I just wanted to know the reason :D, because after reading new rules 2.11 seemed appropriate to include whatever the amount of sellers at certain price

Why include 1.77 with so few sales but disregard 2.11 with 25? It feels inconsistent.
minimum price of sales? cuz here buyers at same price? cuz 2refssales in ~2times more than 2.1?? maybe cuz 2.5 page of sellers for 2refs?
ok but if you look in examples of the new rules, this is exactly the case where wider range would last longer
