doesn't this capout at 15 keys if there is seller at 15? I am confused, someone explain

The seller at 15 has been there for 4 months, I would go 13 flat

There are a few factors in play here in determining whether or not to use these sales.

One thing we see is that Marketplace tends to sell items easier as of late than classified listings. While it was listed for 15, it sold multiple times on Marketplace for an amount that the seller would get more than 15 keys pure for. A few months back in particular we saw that MP sales became outliers due to the shifting key conversions. Now, it might simply mean that the bptf classifieds are a much weaker selling platform than MP is.

Two key factors here are the amount of higher sales, and the change induced. It managed to sell four times for more than the listings on other platforms, which implies a raise may be needed, as it consistently sells for higher than its current price. Sales-wise, one might even say that 13 is statistically the outlier here. Sellers prove that it is not, which would favor the range here.

An issue I do have is that it feels off to raise this if it remains unsold at current. Furthermore, it feels off to raise it above what it has been listed for for 4 months. Arguably, the listing will fall within the given price range if it sells. When it does, I would most certainly favor accepting.

An odd thing I also see is that despite being available at 13 keys, there are buyers at that value. I feel that the main issue here is mismatching of platforms, where people that frequent one might not see or care for the others (i.e. STN can simply sell it to buyers, and people paying 37 bucks for it could've simply bought the keys and gotten it for 15 with keys to spare). I do however also note that current MP sellers are lower than the MP sales listed here.

All in all this will be a tricky one to evaluate.

3 more sales at MP for ~18 keys all the while 15 remains listed. There's just too large a volume of higher sales to ignore here. Mind you again that even considering fees (which are sometimes used to argue mp sales end up higher than they should), these marketplace sales are higher than what they are selling for in keys on the classifieds.

With all that in mind, this reflects the common trading point of this hat across all platforms over the past few months, so Im accepting it as it is here.
