Buyers at ~12.5 keys and 10 keys. While there are a handful of cheaper sales, the two lowest sales occurred when the taunt was brand new. It could be argued that people weren’t aware of the item’s potential value at the time.

Excluding 10 and 12 due to buyers. May consider including 12 if the buyer disappears.

Taking 19-23 keys.

23 feels like a high outlier here with all of the other lower sales in mind, even if they were done without knowing the taunt's apparent true value.

I would say 19 flat would work, but I don't see the 12.5 Key buyers you mentioned?
