The Sighteer here is unpriceable given no other sales but it is being listed at 250, so that would oppose a raise here given it would end up being lower with everything accounted for. I think the best choice to go here would be close this and wait to see if the Sightseer sells to give this a proper range, that and also the current price is still in-date so it wouldn't hurt to wait!
