Suggestion: Frostbite Head Warmer at 1000 keys

Numbers Matter - if there is only 1 lonely buy order and 3 sales lower than that it probably doesn't counter. Also generic buy orders (any effect) are usually buying more than 1 copy of a hat.

Common Trading Point - if there is a huge number of sales at or around buyer prices then it might be included in the price range. Sellers being close to buy orders is also an indication for that.

Market Shifts - timing of buy orders and sales matter: If a sale took place before a buy order was created the seller obviously couldn't just "sell it to the buy order instead".

Counter Buy Orders - Buy orders created after a suggestion was made with the sole purpose of countering the suggestion will be structurally ignored.

AS per the rules, singel buyers dont counter sales, which is what I said.

Since they were highlighted, I'll address each of the exception cases and how they do or don't apply here.

- There were two buy orders at/above the price of the first sale at the time of the second sale (if not earlier?) as shown in the buyout image in the second sale here, and there's only 1 low sale and 1 high sale, not multiple sales below the buy orders.

- Again, there's only 1 sale low and high, so neither end truly establishes a common trading point.

- While we don't have a screenshot showing the buy orders at the time of the first sale, the market had shifted to be higher than that value by the time the second sale occurred given the multiple buy orders at or slightly above the first sale's value.

- I agree the buy orders created after this suggestion was created don't apply, but there were buy orders up before this suggestion was created that do.

As for the valuation of sale 2, the Green Energy Pyromancer's in this sale is duped. That said, the sale prior was 3.5 months prior for what looks like 1100 Keys, and the sale after was 4 months after for 750 Keys.

Neither's a great indication of its value, so taking 745 from the clean sales is ok as an estimate at the time of the sale for this Head Warmer supported by the recent sale for 750.

Additionally, the Attendant was updated to 210 Keys, so the sale here should be valued at 1015 Keys. That'll still round to 1000 Keys per our rounding guidelines.

Also seems like an outlier (in my opinion purely), frostbite is asking more than It's a Secret to Everybody Head Warmer https://i.imgur.com/IYaugVd.png , double what D@D, Anti-freeze etc is.

The seller also stated his own sale would be an outlier, and with the sale at $530 which is the same as buyers, we would need a 3rd sale to determine an outlier between them.

Conditions for waiting for a third sale to determine an outlier would be if both sales were valid. One sale is under current buy orders and should be excluded, leaving one valid sale for the suggestion. No need to wait for a third sale here!
